After a poor night’s sleep (partly from being a little sore from Tuesday’s workout and partly from staying up working on a new system), I slept in a bit.

Today’s workout was good. I did three sets of 205 pounds… followed by a “cool down” set at 135… followed by five reps of 225.  The rest of the workout went pretty well.
