I started this a little after 1300. It’s now after 1700, and I’m just getting done with meetings for the day. *sigh* No rest for the wicked, I guess.

Wes and I hit the gym again today:

  • Sit-ups (decline bench): 3 sets/20 reps
  • Bench Press: 3 sets/10 reps, 205 lbs
  • Flys: 3 sets/10 reps, 110 lbs
  • Lower Back Extension: 3 sets/15 reps, 160 lbs
  • Reverse Flys: 3 sets/10 reps, 80 lbs
  • Shoulder Press (machine): 3 sets/10 reps, 70 lbs
  • Overhead Tricep Extensions (dumbbell): 3 sets/10 reps, 45 lbs
  • Curls (dumbbell): 3 sets/10 reps, 30 lbs

Post-workout weight: 188.2 lbs

And then there were none. It’s always great when you (re)discover that there’s a meeting you’re supposed to attend… twenty minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start. And I wouldn’t even have known that if I hadn’t overheard someone else talking about it.
