- Leg Press: 3 sets/10 reps, 140 lbs
- Kick-backs: 3 sets/10 reps, 60 lbs
- Calf Raises: 3 sets/10 reps – 1 set @ 100 lbs, 2 sets @ 120 lbs
- Bench Press: 3 sets/10 reps, 190 lbs
- Lower Back Extensions: 3 sets/15 reps, 140 lbs
- Flys: 3 sets/10 reps, 110 lbs
- Decline Sit-ups: 3 sets/10 reps
- Reverse Flys (Dumbbell): 3 sets/10 reps, 10 lbs
- “Arnold” Press (Dumbbell): 3 sets/10 reps, 25 lbs
- Upright Row (Barbell): 3 sets/10 reps, 50 lbs
- Side Bends: 3 sets/10 reps, 30 lbs
Post-workout weight: 189.1 lbs
