But… but… that’s not supposed to happen!
everyday glory, geekery, science and technology September 11th, 2009IÂ was following a thread on a gaming forum when the following popped up on my screen:
The “problem” is:Â I’m on my MacBook… running Snow Leopard.
Not Windows.
Not Parallels.
OS X.
Yet, lo and behold, I apparently – and somewhat magically – have hundreds of viruses on my (non-existent) “C: drive” and “D: drive.” It even ran a “scan” to show me just how many there were. How do I know?  Because the “Scan Procedure” progress bar moved while it was scanning!
IÂ nearly fell out of my chair laughing.
