Work week: Day 2.
I had an extreme case of “the lazies” this morning. Â In an uncharacteristic move for me (at least for a workday), I gave in to it. And, I have to say: It felt rather nice.
Last night, SaraRules had a Justice Junior League meeting after work, which meant that I was a dinner bachelor. The “up” side to this: I could have Chinese food for dinner. (Win!) I pinged former coworker Marci, to see if she wanted to spare me from dining alone; she was kind enough to agree. Â We went to David’s Kitchen. I hadn’t been in many, many moons. I had the Beef Lo Mein, with potstickers and an egg roll; the food was as good as I remembered.
