Yesterday wound up being a fairly quiet day at work. Not about to complain on that score. The lunchtime workout was good; Eric and I decided to do some exercises that we don’t usually/often do. “Good training… Builds character.” Of course, in the words of Mary Prankster: “I’ve built up so much character, I’ve got an alter-ego.”
Post-work, being both hungry and lazy, I fixed spaghetti for dinner. Simple and quick. And I still had sauce left over from last week, so that was easily taken care of. The night wrapped up with
