I overslept this morning.
I remember the alarm going off at 6:15.
I remember turning it off.
I don’t remember falling back through the void to The Dreaming.
But there I was.
“Curiouser and curiouser…”
After that less-than auspicious start, the rest of the day was fine. Work was… a challenge. And it’s one that I still won’t consider “lost” until after I try something tomorrow. Went to the gym at lunch; did a back and triceps workout. It was good. Very good, indeed.
After work, I came home to get ready for tonight’s game. Or what would substitute for it – fallen angels… scoundrels… “mercenaries.” She chatted with
