It happened.
The real estate company called Jess this afternoon.

We have a closing date: Wednesday, 16 June 04!
As in THIS Wednesday.

The overall process has been incredibly painless. We first looked at this house on 21 May 04 and we’re all set to close. Not bad for a shade over three weeks. Not bad at all. Of course, we made the obligatory call to our ‘rents. They were all very happy for us… not to mention shocked that it happened so quickly.

Now it’s a matter of get packed, get moved and get settled.
