I’ve been lax about getting to the gym regularly lately. I’ve trying to nudge myself to do *something*, at least – walking more, eating (a little) more healthily, and… going to the gym at least once a week (while the girls are at swim class) or at least doing enough work around the house and yard to get my heart rate up and burn some extra calories.
I took another step a little earlier. Well, spin, actually. For far too long, I’ve been toying with getting my bike back on the trainer and making productive use of my TV time.
Tonight, did that tonight and spent a hair over half an hour on the bike while watching part of a show.
And it felt good.
Here’s to making this a more regular thing.
