- The lunchtime workout was good, despite a week-long absence from the gym. I increased my bench press weight up to 215 pounds for the second and third sets.
- Set 1: 205 / 10 reps
- Set 2: 215 / 10 reps
- Set 3: 215 / 8 reps and 205 / 2 reps
We’ll call it a “work in progress,” but I’m shooting for 215 to be my base bench press weight.
