Actually, when I woke up this morning, the thought: “Nothing wrong with kicking a little mental ass” was the first thing that went from one side of my brain to the other. And that’s one Hell of a way to start the morning!

It’s going to be a good day.

And now, off to kick a little metal ass at the gym.
