So far, today’s been a good NBN Thursday.

I’m just getting back from the gym… where I got more good news: I decided to check my body fat and BMI, on a whim.

• Body Fat: 10.7%
• BMI: 25.8%

Compared to my numbers from September ’05 – 15.4% and 28.1, respectively – that’s a noticeable change. I’d even say “improvement,” although the general concensus on BMI is that it’s a load of hooey. That’s right, I said “hooey.” Deal with it.

• I like boingboing.net; it often has amusing articles. Today was no exception: The World of Whorecraft Interview
• Anna Nicole Smith has died. brought it to my attention. I then discovered that had made a post about it. While it’s… sad… that she died, I can’t stop thinking: “Who’s going to be America’s Next Great Train Wreck?” Of course, astronaut/attempted murderess Lisa Nowak sounds like a good candidate.

• Okay… let’s crank up the Wayback Machine: Intro Credits for Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (pilot)
