Today was good. Work was productive; so was the lunchtime workout. Today’s area of focus: Shoulders. I’m pretty sure that they’ll hate me in the morning, but it was worth it.
This morning, on the way to work, I stopped at Beans & Brews for a cup of frozen mocha goodness. As an added bonus, I got a pass to see Freedomland, starring Samuel L. Jackson and Julianne Moore.

- Today was the first day with the new contact lenses. It was good. Quite good.

For those of you not in Utah, Gordon B. Hinkley is the President of the LDS Church and is also referred to as “The Prophet.”: Polly and the Pirates - Considering that I received a phishing spam from “eBay,” this amused me:
- There was a trailer for The Da Vinci Code before Freedomland. It looked really good.
