Wednesday
Middle of the week… and more snow. Whoop-de-damn-doo.

Tonight’s workout was good. There’s an employee at the gym whom we haven’t seen before; he was taking a couple on a tour of the facility. He reeked of “used car salesman.” Jess and Gala agreed.

Stray Toasters

  • Spoke with the Maryland contingent of the family tonight. All’s well.
  • Justice League of Care Bears. I’m not sure if this is funny or scary. Someone had way too much time on their hands.
  • Need a new way to tell that special someone how you feel on Valentine’s Day? Try this.
  • There’s no game this coming Monday, so I’m going to be babysitting. Hmm. I don’t know that I’d really call it “babysitting.” I’m watching the kids of a couple of friends… so that they can get some much-deserved kid-free time. They’re good kids; I’m looking forward to it.
  • Venis Productions – the folks who brought us Hey Ya, Charlie Brown
  • …which makes me think of the Superfriends Wassup parody… and the animals parody, too.
  • I just saw a martial arts commercial for Degree Anti-Perspirant. It wasn’t set in a dojo; the protagonist was getting dressed and people broke into his apartment and fought him. Odd.
  • Carrie Fisher is on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn. After watching this interview and hearing the one on Fresh Air this afternoon I must admit that she is funny.
  • BONUS: Heroes.

Namaste.
