Random Access

Thursday
Today was the last day of June.
The year is now half-done.
On the whole, it has shaped up to be a good year, thus far.

Today was, on the whole, substantially better than yesterday. The work day was good; I even went to the gym at lunch, as planned. I may make that a regular Tuesday/Thursday habit. It was good. Painful, but good. I didn’t do much of anything this evening. Just hit “Autopilot” and disengaged.
