Wes and I hit the gym for another round of “Move the Weight.” SaraRules was finishing up her workout when we got there, so I was able to say a quick “Hi/Bye” to her before she took off. We also ran into former coworker Josh. Today’s workout consisted of:

  • Leg Raises: 3 sets/20 reps
  • Bench Press: 3 sets/10 reps, 205 lbs
  • Reverse Fly: 3 sets/10 reps, 80 lbs
  • Lower Back Extensions: 3 sets/15 reps, 160 lbs
  • Curls (barbell): 3 sets/10 reps, 60 lbs
  • Push-ups: 3 sets/15 reps
  • Core (plank): 2 sets

Post workout weight: 185.9 lbs.

Wes is planning on trying another max press next Tuesday; I’m deciding if I will or not.
