SaraRules loves me. There are lots of ways that she shows it, but few make it more evident than when she suggests that we go and torture ourselves workout. Okay, it was not really that bad, but I just realized that it has been a month since I’ve been in the gym. That is not exactly a “plus.” Today’s routine included:

  • Leg Curls: 3 sets/10 reps, 50 lbs
  • Kick-backs: 3 sets/10 reps, 70 lbs
  • Leg Extensions: 3 sets/10 reps, 50 lbs
  • Bench Press: 3 sets/10 reps, 205 lbs
  • Incline Press (dumbbell): 3 sets/10 reps, 35 lbs
  • Lateral Raises: 3 sets/10 reps, 10 lbs
    • Sets 1 & 2 included flys
  • Bent-over Row: 3 sets/10 reps, 35 lbs
  • Sit-ups (decline bench): 3 sets/10 reps

Post-workout weight: 186.1 lbs.

All-in-all, it was a good workout. I need to be more consistent at getting to the gym.
